At Horiginex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within 14 days of receipt , in accordance with European Union regulations.
Conditions for return:

After receiving and verifying the product, the refund will be processed using the same original payment method.

🚚 Shipping Policy
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery time may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

Horiginex is not responsible for delays caused by customs, holidays, or external circumstances.

💳 Refund Policy
After receiving and analyzing the returned product, Horiginex will issue a full refund of the amount paid , excluding shipping costs, within a maximum of 7 business days .
The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase (card, PayPal, etc.).
If the product has a manufacturing defect, the customer may choose between a replacement, exchange, or full refund , at no additional cost.
